I would have usually spoken with several dealers in determining which dealer was most competitive but this time around it was not necessary as I new the price I received initially was already fairly competitive. While they insisted on detailing this brand new car before we drive it home, they treated us out to lunch at an italian restaurant down the street. Just yesterday my wife picked up my Christmas gift, 2011 G550, and surprised me with it. She could not have pulled it off without the help of Joseph Simsek and the staff at Benzel. Joseph is extreemly knowledgable, polite and not pushy in any way. Aside from the great service, the prices are unbeatable. This is not the typical car dealership with pushy salespersons that make you feel uncomfortable and pressure you into a purchase. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how I never once felt like I was dealing with the slimeball salesmen who is trying to take advantage of me. I have dealt with those types of dealerships in the past (Prestige Mercedes in Paramus) and only wished I went to Benzel first. This is a very classy dealership, with classy sales reps. Would be IMPOSSIBLE to find a better car buying experience then dealing with Michael Hill. I was connected with Michael via the Edmunds website... out of the 6 or 7 guys who emailed me back, Micha experience then dealing with Michael Hill. I was connected with Michael via the Edmunds website... out of the 6 or 7 guys who emailed me back, Michael was the first and that kind of set the tone for his work ethic and responsiveness throughout the process. He beat everyone on price, was BEYOND honest and transparent throughout the entire process versus the other slimey typical car salesman, and responded to every question I had in a very detailed manner. While researching buying the car, I learned of several incentive packages Mercedes was offering at the time. Michael offered every single one to me from the start. The other guys all played dumb and wouldnt bring the price down until I mentioned the incentive. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who put his best foot forward from the start, and didnt have to deal with the typical tit for tat that occurs with car salesman. He stressed to me throughout the entire process that his numbers were completely legit and there wouldnt be a single penny of extra hidden charges at the time of pickup, and lived up to every word. The paperwork process probably took about 5 minutes max, and was as easy as I could ever dream. More

Mike was always up-front with his thoughts and how a package would benefit me; but ultimately leaving the final decision to me. Pricing costs were straight on; no "let me speak to a manager and see if we can do better," a gimmick used by many dealerships.
