This time around the Benzel Busch service really impressed me. Following a very quick appointment availability, a brand new loaner car was waiting for me. Had three rather complex issues that a prev impressed me. Following a very quick appointment availability, a brand new loaner car was waiting for me. Had three rather complex issues that a previous dealership couldn’t figure out. Over the course of a week all was done having parts ordered in the process. No back and forth over warranty coverage or “suggested repairs” pressure. Just a notification online for inspection results to approve or decline.
