Rocky Start But Scott Saved The Day! My initial tutorial, conducted by Zuleika Soler, was very poor. An inordinate number of features were overlooked leaving me more than frustrated. Sal My initial tutorial, conducted by Zuleika Soler, was very poor. An inordinate number of features were overlooked leaving me more than frustrated. Sal arranged for a follow-up tutorial which was conducted by Scott Reilly-Davis. He was superb! In addition to walking me through every single feature of the vehicle, Scott confirmed that the park assist feature was inoperable & took action to correct it. Scott's knowledge of all facets & functions of the vehicle is outstanding, coupled with his level of patience. I know I can reach out to Scott if needed & will get the help I need. He is a true asset to the dealership. I had to leave the car for a software update, which I still don't understand given it was a newly delivered car just two days prior. Nevertheless, all seems to be working now. I'm hoping that the software issues are over. Talia Colannini was involved throughout the difficulty I experienced with parking assist & stayed until all was resolved. Her follow up & close monitoring of the progress was great through the sale and service issue. Excellent follow up by service dept, periodically advising me of status of repair. Paperwork process went smoothly, conducted by Scott Raymond. Let see hope this rocky start was just a quirk and that I will experience smooth sailing (driving) going forward. 🤞 More
