Warranty Repair(s) Scam I wouldn't ever and don't recommend either the purchase or any sort of vehicle repair servicing at this Mercedes Benz dealer and I warn this Mercedes I wouldn't ever and don't recommend either the purchase or any sort of vehicle repair servicing at this Mercedes Benz dealer and I warn this Mercedes Benz dealers (Benzel Busch Mercedes Benz, Located in Englewood, NJ) current and prior customers to fictitious warranty repairs that were perform. I have confirmed the false repairs of the following three systems in my vehicle which were found suppostly by there technicians with another Mercedes Benz dealer & all were confirmed 100% that these issues never existed or were actually performed during a routine vehicle oil change service (A Service) being performed on my vehicle which was considered as an normal act of an vehicle inspection during its warranty coverage timeline period. The following (3) three were the false repairs, 1st. Transmission fluid leak which never existed 2nd. Knocking noise over bumps, which I would of heard myself (Since I drive the car everyday) and last but not last... 3rd. Left front (Driver)seat noise/squeak while driving..?? I can guarantee you that I would of confirmed all and any of the (3) three fictitious repairs/complaints myself and would of suggested repairs during the drop off/pick up service repair write up time. I had this issues inspected by another Mercedes Benz dealer and it was confirmed for 100% that the repairs were NEVER performed. If this privately owned franchise Mercedes Benz dealer (Benzel Busch) can perform this scam on its own people of Mercedes Benz of North America Corporation then you can only imagine what scams and rip offs are being performed on the general public walking into there doors from the sales department down to there Service & Parts departments Stay away More

Mercedes was not on my radar. I had been looking at Acura, Audi, BMW, infinity and Lexus. None of them seemed to fit me and I really was unimpressed with the sales staff (except for infinity staff--they were also very good). isomeone told me to go look at Mercedes. when I walked in, Jose Perez greeted me and let me just look around. I told him what I was looking for and he took me for a ride. the car was "ok" but it had this weird storage box under the seat. he immediately went and had it removed for me. I drove the car around a little again. liked it but wasn't sold. he gave me all the info I needed without being pushy and told me realistic numbers for the cars I was looking at (not list and now I have to start negotiating). I was adamant I did not want a two door, so he didn't show me any. On my way out, I saw her....the most beautiful silver blue two door. A week later I went back and there she was, still there. Men are not fond of the color so she wasn't exactly flying off the lot. The price seemed too good to be true...but I think it was the female color on a very expensive powerful car. so after a test drive, jose got me some numbers. we spoke with the manager, jason, and he worked a few extras in and showed me the previous prices the car had been listed for. and I got to hear from one of the workers that the car had belong to a little old lady who worked for Mercedes for 40 years and got a new car every year. It only had 4500 miles on it and had been garaged. I got the car at a great deal, felt like Jose and Jason respected that I wanted the car but needed to get a good deal on it, and here's the best part, they continued to help me when I had an issue with the service department a few weeks later. I would totally go back to them and highly recommend them. And I had owned nothing but Acura's for 25 years. More
