I asked to have the A1 service message turned off on the dash board. Because I did not hit the 10K mileage yet. I am a snow bird and will have it performed in the spring. I asked to have the carpet glued or adjusted on the drivers floor. That was not done. It was just tucked back in and did not stay in place. The carpet needs to be glued back in place. The service man said the glue was dried out and it was the best they could do. I was not happy. I think they could have re-glued the carpet as an easy fix. More

Initially the gentleman that answered the phone told me I'd have to wait a week for the service and for a loner. I would not drive my car with the noise it was making even though it's only 1 year old and v I'd have to wait a week for the service and for a loner. I would not drive my car with the noise it was making even though it's only 1 year old and very low mileage. I told him this would be my last Mercedes if I had to be a week without a car. Someone called me back they came that day and took my car and brought me a loaner. Through the years the service he has always been very good. It's just the first person I spoke to was trying to stall me. Ultimately they replaced the fuel pump and something else. Very satisfied with your service. More

I love the convenience of someone coming to get my car, giving me a loaner and the returning my car. The only thing is that for spending as much as I did and them saying that my car was being washed and it giving me a loaner and the returning my car.
