My family and I used to use Prestige Mercedes of Paramus. Now known as Mercedes of Paramus. Before ownership changed/ original owner died, I thought their service department/team was the best. The maintenance on car was done well. I dislike no interaction with my service manager at pickup to discuss extra work done on car.
