The lady was really not knowledgeable and was not so friendly. I don't think I will go back to this location. She didn't know much about the recall. Apparently there was 2 recalls on my car, I only thou friendly. I don't think I will go back to this location. She didn't know much about the recall. She couldn't help set up a new appointment as she didn't said she doesn't know when the loan car is available. She said I can go to another location. Also told me that I should contact the corporate office for any questions. Very disappointed. More

From the moment you enter no one is friendly. Everyone is robotic and bordering rude. Everyone is too busy to stop and assist. Then when I questioned the pricing of the possible work that needs to be done I receive a rude response by by advisor John Powell “Would you work for free” The people outside are such in hurry to get the cars out of the front that they move by car before it is ready to be moved and when I informed them I had items in the car everyone shrugs their shoulders as if I’m adding more work to their day. More importantly I was asked to replace a part that did not need replacing since I got a 2nd opinion from what the service advisor had informed me. I will not return to this location due to the unnecessary stress the location will cause me. More
