2002 ml 500 Almost after 7 weeks and over 200 miles of roads test and over $3000.00 dollars for the cost of labor part and repair, I left the Benzel Busch dealers Almost after 7 weeks and over 200 miles of roads test and over $3000.00 dollars for the cost of labor part and repair, I left the Benzel Busch dealership with anger and regret and frustration why I ever took my car to this dealer for service? they said their business based on honesty, integrity, and trust. Due to the negligent at time service and road test the front ends of my and headlight and outside mirror was damaged, and I was told they won't accept responsibility for any of them. I am an automotive technician, Due to COVID 19 my shop was closed, I thought I could trust them, but I was wrong. I should have taken my car to Paramus Mercedes Benz. More
