The service department is not professional whatsoever. Brought my car in for the same issues over 3 times in a course of 2 weeks and they still did not resolve the issue. They’re excuse was “we couldn’t find anything so here is your vehicle back.” Unreliable, inadequate, and unknowledgeable are a just a few words to describe the service department here. Not to mention that our service advisor yelled at my daughter and hung up on her face. Truly a disgrace. No one seems to take their jobs seriously there. More
