I was extremely happy the way service department this was my first service on my vehicle I had 10:30 appointment they took the car in right away from the waiting room I was able to see the guy took very good my first service on my vehicle I had 10:30 appointment they took the car in right away from the waiting room I was able to see the guy took very good care of my car checking everything tires , brakes , changed oil , filter and he even take the time to vacuum the leaves in the engine compartment. When they brought the car it was washed also great service. Thank You. More

The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because my service was eventually completed on my 2020 GLE 350. I scheduled my appointment far enough in advance due to the fact that I neede of 1 is because my service was eventually completed on my 2020 GLE 350. I scheduled my appointment far enough in advance due to the fact that I needed an SUV as a loaner vehicle due to personal circumstances. I was reassured that they would do their best to honor my request which was not accommodated. I was told that everyone took the SUV loaners prior to my 8:30am appointment. I was disappointed but understood the situation. The actual problem was that the service department is very careless. There were 2 reason I brought my car in for service. Low tire pressure on one of the tires and condensation build up in one of the headlights. The vehicle was dropped off on Friday morning and picked up on Monday afternoon. After driving 1 mile out, the low tire pressure indicator showed up on the same tire that was "replaced". When bringing the car back, it was brought to my attention by my service advisor that there was "excessive condensation" noted on the same headlight that I told them to take note of in the first place. So what exactly did they do with my car for weekend? I was finally able to pick up my "serviced" vehicle on Wednesday. No explanation as to what actually happened. No apology for the inconvenience. Just a very poor experience. More
