Overall Good Experience Showed up expecting to test drive a new Impala, but after sitting in the vehicle, it became clear the car wasn't for us. Jeremy was able to find a cou Showed up expecting to test drive a new Impala, but after sitting in the vehicle, it became clear the car wasn't for us. Jeremy was able to find a couple of Malibus that fit our wishlist, though, which ended up working out great. We left the first day without any hassle. We returned the following day expecting to complete the deal, but there was an issue with our GM Friends and Family number. Jeremy was very helpful, though, and walked our family member through the online process to get the number taken care of. Cecil got a us a great finance rate (one we didn't ultimately end up needing, but it was still quite appreciated), and when we returned to finalize the paperwork, everything went pretty smooth. All in all, it was a very good and fairly easy experience. EDIT: The confusion previously discussed in this space was cleared up. Our experience at Berger was positive start to finish. More

No complaints! I had been looking for a Convertible Camaro for months within my price range. It had been a struggle and I had even given up looking. While sitting at work waiting for my shift to end I figured I would check once more because I was bored and while on their website, the first car that pops up is my Camaro. I thought it was a typo because It didnt have the actual photo but when I inquired about it I got a fast response and drove out that night to see it. When the day came to get it I was having a rough day up until I drove off the lot. It didnt take long to do the paper work and James was helpful and willing to work with me which I appreciated.
