When I said I didn’t have enough money to do everything he did not try to pressure me at all, he was willing to work with me. He said the car would be finished by 11 and to my surprise it was completed before that. He reviewed exactly what was completed and thanked me for brining my car in. This is one of the best experiences I had with a service department. I used to be a service writer and I really like that he did not speak to me like I was an idiot even though I was a woman. More
