His initial estimate was pretty accurate, and the final cost ended up being a little lower than his estimate, which is fin by me! I'm planning on coming back to Berger as long as I keep getting the same service Adam provided! More

SLOW and expensive Last 2 times I went in for oil change and rotation, I had appointments and it still took 3.5 hours ($1000) and 2 hours ($230). They always come up with things I need to do that I are not supported by the owners manual. I listen to them come out and tell almost every person waiting that they found something else and it should be done since they have the vehicle in. Also, since they have the complete history of my maintenance records why don't they tell me all the things that should be done when I made the appointment online instead of waiting until I get there. It would have helped me schedule my time better. I bought the vehicle from Berger (that went great and I don't see his name on the list) but I have not been happy with service. More

Decent service. Only 1 issue Berger service dept was good., only issue I had was it took an hour just to drop my vehicle off for service and pick up a loaner car. I felt this was Berger service dept was good., only issue I had was it took an hour just to drop my vehicle off for service and pick up a loaner car. Poor customer service and no incentive to return The customer service rep lied to me and said I had gotten the same oil the last 2 times (it had only been the last time, and only because it was a spe The customer service rep lied to me and said I had gotten the same oil the last 2 times (it had only been the last time, and only because it was a special and I had a coupon) every other time I had come in, I had spent 39.99 and gotten a punch on my punch card. So at the end of my service yesterday, I had an $8 coupon and my total was still $56! Because apparently the "best" oil was used... hopefully she met her quota of the day... not to mention, I was told you no longer offer the punch card. My incentive to return has been removed. Not only from the lack of customer service, but also by the deletion of your punch card system. I'll be going back to the Dodge dealer. More
