The kicker for me was...he got me some extra discounts that I would not have gotten on my own. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride, or having my pocket book milked. My car needed a good bit of service work, but I felt good about everything that Mark recommend. I would recommend Berger...and Mark in particular, for any service needed on your car. More
