It’s was fine. The problem was fixed. I’m honestly not too happy. I had bought a car from the used lot 2 months ago. It’s a 2016 Terrain and the touch screen stopped working. I was charged 200 bucks for them to hook a computer up to it and “update” it. Then was told there is no guarantee this won’t go out in 6 months and I will most likely have to replace the entire screen/radio which will cost me 3k. Honestly wish I would have never bought the car in the first place, my old worked just fine without all the fancy technology. More

I wondered why Berger didn't always use the Express Service lanes when the only service needed was an oil change and tire rotation-previous service visits for the same service was usually close to an hour.
