I contacted Randy via email after I saw a CPO Q5 online, he responded right away and sent me pictures of the vehicle even though it was still going through detailing. We visited the dealer a couple of days he responded right away and sent me pictures of the vehicle even though it was still going through detailing. We visited the dealer a couple of days later and Randy was waiting for us, we took the car for a drive and he gave us all the details of the vehicle. We bought the car right there on the spot.
