He answered every question and sometimes the same question again. He was not the least bit pushy. After we purchased the car we needed to be taught EVERYTHING about it. Michael spent well over an hour patiently going over the details. He was willing to spend as much time as we needed. His patience was most helpful. Will happily return in the future More
