I felt like they didn't feel I could afford the car, despite walking in with my own financing. Whole experience was very transactional, didn't take the time to explain features or processes to me. Was not given a tour of the service center or explained how service scheduling works. I also feel that although I received a good price on the car, that I was misled by the finance person who over charged me for Audi care even after I pointed out that the price seemed to be higher then the msrp on Audi's own website. Additionally after I signed all the paperwork and everything was in order I asked about setting up Audi connect. The salesman told me he would take care of it, and never did. Feature is still not working and now I have to make an additional trip to take care of something that should have been done on site the day of purchase. I had a similar deal in the works with Audi of Allentown and looking back I feel like I should have followed through with them instead. If you are looking for good costumer service and an honest dealership I would avoid this dealership. More
