Today I received a follow up call asking if I was satisfied. I explained everything and was advised by the WVM rep that she was sorry and there was nothing she can do to further guide or help. The noise from my breaks are so loud, annoying, and embarrassing that I have to just trade the vehicle in, even though I wanted to keep it. It is unbearable to drive. No more VW purchase in my future, which I intended to purchase before this experience. More

It is easy to schedule an appointment, they provide you with a ride if you don't want to wait for the car, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, they offer free Wi-Fi and beverages, Kia sometimes sends me a coupon that lowers the cost of my service, the staff are friendly and helpful, wait time is reasonable, they have NEVER recommended service that is unnecessary, they wash my car.
