I'm always given an estimate that is accurate and includes optional services that might not be necessary but should be considered. Whenever I have a question it is always explained completely without any feeling of doubt. Nothing beats how incredible the car feels after receiving it back from them. It always leaves cleaner than when I take it in. I am very comfortable here and everyone I've worked with has ensured that I am each and ever time I visit. Purpose was to install updated navigation system maps I received an e-mail from Mercedes that I could get $50 off a navigation system map upgrade if I bought it by the end of the month and that my Mercede I received an e-mail from Mercedes that I could get $50 off a navigation system map upgrade if I bought it by the end of the month and that my Mercedes dealer would install it, so I made an appointment to do so. Turns out not so - dealers do not stock the upgrade cd for older models (mine is a 2011) and my only option was to order it online and install it myself. An hour plus wait to find out the information from Mercedes was not correct and my dealer could do nothing. Dealer was very helpful in helping me order the map upgrade. XC70 Service I took my car in for what I thought was an axle problem which turned into an engine seal leaking oil. We replaced the serpentine belt and replaced a broken piece of trim while there. The work done was excellent. I took the car in without an appointment and left it 2 weeks (I was on a trip part of that time.) Tim was very accommodating with the logistics! It was really nice to pick up a clean car! The only difficulty was getting through the phone system part of the time. At least one left voice mail was not received. More

I was met with pushback about scheduling a time because it was covered under my warranty. I called Berglund and they were able to fit me in on the weekend. Everyone at Berglund from the folks who answered the telephone to the ones working on my car were friendly, kind and welcoming. They did a great job servicing the car. I cannot say that about the dealership in Northern Virginia. Although Roanoke is 232 miles from my house, I will continue to have my car serviced there. More
