The wait was well worth it! I didn’t buy my car from Berlglund ... most likely a BIG mistake, I am an impulse buyer and was courted by an out of state car dealership. Although I was sucked into the concierge service offered, it is a hollow amenity. Yes they come to my home to change the oil ... but if my car needs anything else, they send a driver and take my car to their out of state location. Not only adding miles but returning a full tank with an empty tank! With that said, I took my car into Berglund Volvo service center and couldn’t be happier with the results. Honest conversation and thorough inspection . Can you find a cheaper mechanic? Could be ... but I am through wasting my time. Berglund Volvo has my business. More

Turns out I didn't need to, they took my car in immediately, no waiting, no having to come back by. To top it off after the inspection they washed my car for no additional cost.
