Disappointing This was the first time tat I had to pay for a state Inspection. Last year it was gratis since I bought my car there. All my other vehicles purchased This was the first time tat I had to pay for a state Inspection. Last year it was gratis since I bought my car there. All my other vehicles purchased in Roanoke included state inspections for life of ownership.And you need to educate your personnel that the state does not " get the $16.00" but most of it goes to you the dealer. I was disappointed not for having to pay the $16 but that a "high end" dealer does not include this minor perk. I believe there are few dealers in Roanoke that do not. More
