Service Dept Very Professional I bought my Infiniti Q60 through Berglund & honestly wasn't happy with the sales transaction & the aftermath that followed so had determined I was NOT I bought my Infiniti Q60 through Berglund & honestly wasn't happy with the sales transaction & the aftermath that followed so had determined I was NOT going to use their service dept but when my inspection ran out & the nearest Infiniti dealer was out of state, I had no choice. I'm SO glad I did! The service dept here is a whole different world from the sales dept. They are knowledgeable, courteous, informative & patient. They will be the only folks that touch my Infiniti unless I'm out of town in an emergency. The sales dept & management could take a few lessons from their service dept. Thank you! More

Assuming the repair would be at my expense, I continued to drive the car for about 6 months. Finally, I decided to get it fixed and was surprised to find the repair was covered under warranty (due to the rotors having been replaced during the certification process). More
