I arrived a little early and my CLA was taken right in and in around two and a half hours I was ready to head home. I was offered to be taken somewhere for breakfast or shopping but just chose to hang out in the comfortable waiting area and enjoy a nice cup of coffee while watching Fox News. When car was ready the customer service rep went over what was done and welcomed me back for my next service. I do find Mercedes service to be a little pricy but it is good knowing there crew is on top of things and know how to handle anything. They also completed a minor recall during this service. I live two and a half hours away but fill the trip was worth the top notch service. They even changed the battery in my key. More
