Amazing Experience! My husband and I had been looking to downsize from our Suburban to something that was smaller and good looking, but big enough to travel with two pups My husband and I had been looking to downsize from our Suburban to something that was smaller and good looking, but big enough to travel with two pups and have adequate space. My best friend in Rocky Mount, VA was driving an Infiniti and I fell in love with it. Off we go to Berglund. Not only did we find the car for me, we were very fortunate to meet Ron. Ron Hasan was our personable and knowledgeable salesman. He knew the car was for me and treated me with the utmost respect, knowing that I was the one who he needed to sell the car to. We appreciate his working with us and working a rather good deal in our favor. While my husband was waiting to complete the paperwork, Ron took me to the car and gave me the grand tour. He shared about the various bells and whistles on the inside of the car and was patient to make sure I could do these things on my own. I was most impressed!! Lastly, Ron was great with follow up. He did not let me go more than a day when he texted me to make sure I was doing well and to see how I was liking my new ride! Great customer service! My husband and I had an amazing experience. And, Brennon did his due diligence and found that it was. It turns out that my driver's side axle had prematurely failed. Brennon and the mechanic took pictures to submit to the warranty company to prove that I was not at fault. Even thought the part came in the afternoon of the next day, they were able to repair by the end of the day. I was so happy to have my car back! More
