Stay away from this dealership. They will lie or anything they need to get you in the door. Sal Rigoroso was to verify the advertisement which stated car had new tires and was showroom condition. Car had a chunk missing from a tire and his response was it looked new. They never put new tires, car had door dings and deep scratches on rear glass. Door dings and no way was in showroom condition. His and his sales manager response was sorry. xxx. I just drove 4 hours based on a lie fro Sal and they advertised new brakes and tires. LIED. Stay away. More

Very Expensive Service and Poor Quality Control, I should have known better, but wanted to try them again. First problem is they do not have spaces for service customers to park because they have t I should have known better, but wanted to try them again. First problem is they do not have spaces for service customers to park because they have too many new vehicles crowded in their small area- you park in front of a row of cars and block them in. When I went on 30 Jan 19, they had to order the part requiring me to come back next day for a 30-45 min install of the part, but, I needed to pay for the part first on work they had not done. The next day the "45 min install" time took 2 1/2 hours, and when I got the truck back the right tail light signal did not work. I brought it back and they had mistakenly pulled out the cable to the tail light. Berkeley Ford Service fixed this and gave me the truck back. I started the tuck to leave and found the fuse cover and fuze box with a pliers on the front passenger floor mat, where they failed to reinstall it. I brought it back again to get these covers installed. I talked to service manager who said he was sorry. This is my second problem with Berkeley Ford Service. Recommend you Go to a different Ford dealership, and get better value and better service More

No way to run a buisness I run a business that requires the vehicle to be in the road daily. The service department understood this. They needed to order pats for a required recall so they scheduled me for this past Thursday and told me they would need about three days to do the work on the recall and an issue with the Pinion. Today, Tuesday I call to get the status of the vehicle. They tell me it just got in the shop and they need to order the parts for the recall. Don't use them they are very poorly run. I can understand that people make mistakes but they could have called Thursday and told me, so I could get the vehicle on the road until they had the parts. I am still trying to get with the General Manager but he seams to be always out of the office. More

Today (August 25) I received not only a group text but a group email as well. I could not believe how unprofessional someone could be! I did not give consent to give strangers by contact information and judging from some of the other responses, no one else did either. I submit a review through Google and was contacted by a PR rep who said it was unacceptable (which it was) but to be fair he "was unaware of what he was doing and the consequences of such actions." I'm sorry, you were unaware you were creating a group text message and sending a group email? I cannot fathom how lazy a salesman can be. So no, I cannot recommend Berkeley Ford to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where your personal information will be kept safe. If my phone number and email address are so freely given out, how can my address, credit, or payment information be trusted to be kept safe? More
