I have worked with Ramzi Karam for the past 3 Toyotas I have purchased, and followed him from a different dealership to Berlin City. For this purchase, I asked his opinion based upon my needs and he recommended the Toyota Corolla for overall quality and value. I purchased a used '09 base corolla for an excellent price, and have been very pleased with the power, handling, ride quality, and especially fuel economy. at 70-75 mph it averages 35-37 mpg, but if I set the cruise control at 60 mph, it averages an amazing 44 mpg!!!! I tried this on several tanks of fuel and did the math myself (still don't trust on board computers) to make sure, and got the same results each time; over 500 miles per tank with about 90% highway driving. I would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for inexpensive, reliable transportation. More

I was ready to trade in my 2001 Nissan Altima and was looking specifically for a used Acura RL. A 2005 Acura RL with 100,000 miles caught my eye. All the info I needed on the car was available from thei looking specifically for a used Acura RL. A 2005 Acura RL with 100,000 miles caught my eye. All the info I needed on the car was available from their web site including numerous pictures and a complete free carfax report. I visited Berlin City on a Saturday afternnon to take a look at the car. When I arrived I met with Tim Brown and we looked over the car, but he informed me the car was having a bit of trouble and could not be test driven, but he would get back to me on Mondasy morning when their service dept had a chance to check on the problem (which turned out to be a bad sensor). So, I went back on Monday test drove the car and asked, because of the problem that was seen on Saturday, if I could take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. This was no problem, as a matter of fact I took it home overnight because of the distance to my mechanic. My mechanic only found one thing wrong; the rear brakes, which according to him would not pass inspection in New Hampshire. I informed Berlin City and they said that although the brakes would pass a Maine inspection they would replace the brakes. The negotiation on price went very quickly as I got what I thought was a fair deal almost at once. More
