Having Eric as my sales person made the process of getting a new car actually enjoyable. While having difficulty being financed, Eric did all he could to get me into a new car. At first I was looking at a used car the service center used, but Eric then made me realize that actually buying a new car would be an all around better deal. Living in Vermont in the western corner I was a little nervous on how I would fit the trip into Maine to get things done, until Eric told me that he would arrange for the car to be delivered right to my driveway. They came with all the paper work, thoroughly exampled everything, and I was a new owner of a 2011 corolla. I couldn't be happier with the process. Even though there is a Berlin city right in Burlington I didn't even have to leave town dealing with Eric. Everything was discussed right over the phone and through emails, and Eric made my questions his top priority in answering. More

I had a great experience buying my Tacoma pick up from Berlin, Information was great, service during sale great, but when I saw that floormats were included and were not in the truck, hit an obstacle.
