I needed a new car and Eric helped me with my trade in and worked with me on finding the right car. It was a rainy Saturday and there were people everywhere...the place was packed! We asked for Tom and explained that he wasn't expecting us.......no surprise he was with another client....again, the place was booming. While we waited for Tom, at least 5 other salesmen asked if we were all set....everyone was so attentive to make sure were taken care of. When Tom came out and I told him who I was, he knew exactly which vehicle we were there for.....as if we were his only customers. Within minutes it was ours. No pressure, great price and awesome staff....what more could one want when making such an important purchase?! I would recommend Tom Hayes and Berlin City to anyone!!!! More
