I Drove almost 2hrs to buy a truck that I had my eyes set on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing throug on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing through a bank they use but he decided to do the loan application himself so the dealership can get a kickback which caused a big mess for me down the road. Then mark said the truck would be delivered to me which is nice because I lived far and it would be detailed and the tank would have a full tank of gas which when the truck arrived it had neither. There were stains in the back seat and I had a half tank of gas. Sometimes it’s more about core values that people value, honor and integrity means more to me and when you say one thing and do another it just leaves you with a nasty feeling about the company as a whole. I wish things could’ve went differently. More

Melanie was friendly nice, and helpful making the purchase easy and fast. She never once made me feel pressured and made sure I found a vehicle that fit my needs. John, in the finance department, was polite and made the transaction easy for me. I don't have the best credit, but John never made me feel embarrassed about discussing this and treated the part of the sales so politely. Having used the service dept only a view times at Berlin City for my previous vehicle (Toyota Yaris), having such a positive sales experience will definitely make me a services customer. I recommend anyone to use Berlin City for their sales and service needs. More
