I leased 2 vehicles from this dealership the sales department was great. That leaves the service department the worst treatment I ever had. Once i said i was less then 10 miles the stated there would be A $29. Charge their website said it was free. When i mentioned that they said the site was being updated. More

Easiest truck purchase ever! And I never even went to the dealership. Not only were they efficient, a pleasure to work with, and gave me a fair trade in offer, they delivered my Tacoma to my doorstep, almost dealership. I emailed Sam at Berlin City Toyota in Portland about a used Santa Fe. We set up a time and test drove the car. I told Sam we were interested in the car if he could get the payment down. We talked about an offer and he told me to give him 30 minutes to discuss it with his manager. We went to lunch and Sam sent me a text that his manager told him another salesman was selling the Santa Fe. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t ask if we were interested in another car. Never heard from him again. It’s 10 days later, the Santa Fe is still posted and today the price has been dropped to almost where our offer was. Not a very good way to do business.Sam lost a sale and a customer. We found one cheaper elsewhere. More

Also, spoke with a gentleman who went over the financing details as well as special options available; unfortunately, we don’t recall his name. I asked Melanie, and I think she said it was Steve. He patiently explained the details and options enabling us to pick and choose what we wanted, what we didn’t want. He was articulate and knowledgeable about the products he was explaining. He never pressured, simply explained. This is our third purchase at Berlin City and the reasons we keep going back, are always the same....the sales personnel and the fantastic deals! We are treated with respect and are never pressured into settling for less than what we wanted. There is one more new vehicle in our future and without hesitation, we’ll head to Berlin City.
