Great experience We visited three Toyota Dealerships at the end of February in 2015. Berlin City quickly became our first choice to deal with. Definitely a no pressure environment. This was not our first new car buying experience, or new Toyota buying experience. We are able to compare first hand from one Toyota Dealership to the next and definitely prefer Berlin City. We had Stephen Lawrence as our sales consultant and would recommend him to anyone. The sales manager who worked with us was Chad Swett, he too was fantastic. These guys worked hard to find us the right vehicle and were enjoyable to deal with. More

The staff was attentive, flexible, and motivated to get me the best car for my dollar. I went to Berlin to test drive a car I thought I would like, but after actually experiencing it, it was clear it was not the car for me. The staff at Berlin City Toyota found a replacement that not only met my parameters for a new vehicle, but exceeded my expectations. I now drive a brand new Prius c and, like me, it is efficient, quiet, smooth and pretty darn cool. My review of Berlin City Toyota would be incomplete and sorely lacking if I did not give adequate praise to the real star - *MELANIE LARCOMBE*! The connection she established with me made me feel comfortable and like I was out shopping with a friend. She even shared her own personal snacks when the appointment began to drag on! Quality Experience during my recent service visit My wife & I had a wonderful service experience @ Toyota/Berlin City, Portland Maine on 2/24/15. I brought my car in for service, I arrived about 30 mi My wife & I had a wonderful service experience @ Toyota/Berlin City, Portland Maine on 2/24/15. I brought my car in for service, I arrived about 30 min. early for check in & was taken care of immediately. Then time rolled on for a little while, 1hr. & 15 min. to be exact. The service advisor came out & apologized for the long wait, he said they had to wait for a part to finish the service. We were ok waiting & had a great time in the waiting area. Then he came back a short time later & informed us it was in the wash line up & would be brought around front shortly & then he informed us the service would be free of charge. My wife & I insisted on paying & he refused to accept our payment. I can't say enough about the Quality, Friendly, Service we have received from this Toyota Dealership. My first mistake was not buying my car from Berlin City Toyota but, I will continue having them service my Toyota Camry & if I decide to buy a new Camry, it will be from their Toyota Dealership in Portland Maine. Toyota has made many improvements to the Highlander in the past three years. All the employees at Berlin had to do was show it to us and we were hooked. We took it for a test drive and bought it. We love our new Highlander! It feels heavier and safer than our previous model and handles like a dream. Our buying experience was good. We worked primarily with Motumbo , who was fun and easy to get along with. We had one snafu with part of our trade in, but Tim worked with us and quickly resolved the issue. Overall it was a positive experience. More

New Vehicle purchase I have purchase several vehicles from Berlin City Portland, My first experience was with Mark Axleson after I had some bad experiences with a local I have purchase several vehicles from Berlin City Portland, My first experience was with Mark Axleson after I had some bad experiences with a local dealer which I had been a loyal customer for 25 years. Mark and his staff was so helpful and at any time there was a problem Mark took command and solve the issue right away. So my loyalty goes to the dealership that respects all their customer needs from the service department Corey Smith and all that are involve with the service department. Today I purchase a new vehicle form Matt Almy he was so helpful to hear all my concerns and made this sales agreement possible.
