Jim had a great personality and was easy to talk to, he described all the information thorougly, after arriving home I saw some discrepencies on my paperwork and called him immediately he helped clear everything up and make sure I was leaving with a smile. I did notice a couple scratches on the vehicle that I wish Harold would of pointed out when looking it over. Overall a great experience and I look forward to dealing with Berlin City in the future. We came to Berlin City looking for a used low mileage Toyota Corolla. When I came to Berlin City Toyota I had been EVERYWHERE. I emailed for quotes, then test drove at numerous dealerships. Prime Toyota started with a crazy high price for an old Sienna, Prime Honda had slick I emailed for quotes, then test drove at numerous dealerships. Prime Toyota started with a crazy high price for an old Sienna, Prime Honda had slick-haired and even more slick-willy salesmen, Lee Dodge was shameful in their sales techniques - even attempted to use intimidation and insults. BERLIN CITY ROSE ABOVE THE REST! Their motto was "Easy" and "Easy" it was. Mike was laid back and took his time with me. He played it straight the whole time and never made me feel bad about taking my time. His sales managers were helpful and really took the support role for him when he was busy with other customers. I got a crazy good price (everybody at work is in awe of how low the price was), AND they worked their hardest to get my APR as low as surrounding Credit Unions. We walked away VERY happy and impressed with the honesty, integrity, and straightforward customer service. My husband and I had researched cars that we wanted to purchase and had selected the Toyota RAV4. When we went to the dealership we were met and ushered to a seat where a salesman joined us shortly. After providing the information on the car, we went on a test drive. Prior to and during the drive, the salesman offered to answer any questions that we might have. Upon returning, the manager followed up and asked if we had any questions; he also informed us that he was supporting our salesman who was new and wanted to make sure we were being serviced well. Our salesman, although new, offered to get answers from others for any questions he could not answer. The other staff we dealt with were experienced and knowledgeable; all were very friendly. Although the dealership was going through major renovations, I would return for not only the cars - which are quality vehicles - but also for the personnel who helped us make this purchase! More
