I went to this Berlin City from out of town because I was interested in a car I had seen online. Mark was accomodating and very helpful. Even when it wasn't possible to deliver the vehicle with full fuel, Mark made sure I received a gas card to make up for it. Jim Robertson was my financial agent and could not have been more honest and helpful. He also went out of his way to make the process as convenient as possible for an out-of-town purchase, even with my super busy schedule.
