I have bought seven cars in my life and after going to a few other local Toyota dealerships I have found where I will buy every vehicle in the future. This place is Supah. I bought a Toyota Corolla most recently and the experience was pleasant and not time consuming. The salesmen that I dealt with was more than helpful. It was really cool that when I walked in the dealership I did not have five sales people jump on me. They let me walk around a bit and when they could sense that I was ready to talk Matt came over and asked how he could help me out. There was no pressure to buy right away. The Manager guy Mark explained to me the dealerships philosophy on customer service and went so far as to give me his personal cell phone if I had any issues he could help me out with. When I got to the finance guy I was a little nervous. This is where I have found that other dealerships get really pushy. The guy took the time to show me all available options but did not push me into anything. I have kind of my "standard" package that I always buy. I can just say from the begining to the end of my experience, it was all positive. More
