Subaru Satisfaction at its Finest I recently purchased my second Subaru from Mid-City Subaru (new 2017 Subaru Forester). I traded in my 2016 Subaru Forester ( the new safety features a I recently purchased my second Subaru from Mid-City Subaru (new 2017 Subaru Forester). I traded in my 2016 Subaru Forester ( the new safety features and redesign of the Forester, really convinced me to make a change and upgrade) Mike Tootelian was my salesperson and he was great. He made sure everything was handled well and answered all of my questions. I worked with the general sales manager, Dan D'Andrea. He ensured to work with me to ensure I was completely satisfied and engaged with Subaru corporate to guarantee it. It definitely means a lot that everything was handled and exceeded my expectations as well. Service is always great as well at the dealership. Jonathan did a great job doing an 'Encore Delivery' which is a new offering from Subaru to ensure owners can have their questions answered about their vehicle and understand all of the features and functions of it. I like that and is one of the reasons we went with him over our local dealer. Now when we took delivery Matthew was out ill but he had everything set up. There was no questioning pricing or anything. This was really reassuring that we were dealing with not only a person of their word and great integrity but a dealership that respects the same. Matthew had Luis help us when we came in to take delivery. Paperwork was fast and easy even for a busy Saturday afternoon. Everyone at Mid City was more than nice and very accommodating too.
