From the moment I first arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile(behind a mask) by Manh. He reassured me that the car would be carefully sanitized both before and after service. Highly satisfactory experience On the day of my appointment to view new Prius vehicles and to potentially make a purchase, I was met by salesman Oren Goldstein when I arrived. I wa On the day of my appointment to view new Prius vehicles and to potentially make a purchase, I was met by salesman Oren Goldstein when I arrived. I was unsure about the differences between models and only knew I didn’t want an electric car. Oren listened carefully to my wishes and showed me available stock. Together we found the perfect car that I test drove and ultimately purchased. He shepherded me through the sale with a call to my insurance company and assistance with transferring my registration from my old car to new. The only negative aspect was the low trade-in value of my 2005 Prius which was well-maintained and in good physical condition. But then, I got 15 years of excellent driving from that car and was only motivated to buy a new one in order to get improved safety features and cell phone connectivity as well as the Toyota offer of 60 month at 0% interest. Very hard to pass that up! I am a satisfied Bernardi Toyota customer. I have bought several cars from this dealership over time and always use their service department to keep my vehicles in good repair. More

I brought my car in for service yesterday. The work was minimal maintenance which took a bit longer than I expected but I'm pleased with the overall experience (other than you discontinued the free cheese minimal maintenance which took a bit longer than I expected but I'm pleased with the overall experience (other than you discontinued the free cheese crackers). My service rep was excellent. I do not know his name but I'd give him 5 or 10 stars depending on whatever rating you employ. Thank you. More
