Arrived at 1015 am for 1030 am appointment. Representative stated a one and a half hour to one hour forty five minute wait. Price was estimated at $215. At 12pm the representative came out and went over recommended service and stated another half hour. There were very few cars being picked up in the garage area. I stated that a two plus hour wait for an oil change was excessive. The representative agreed. While paying for my service the representative stated that he took $40 off the service for the wait. However, the bill still came to $208 (really high in my opinion for an oil change). Therefore your estimate was $25 under. I have been a long time customer as you can see from my records, however, I see Jiffy Lube in my future. 15 minutes and $75 sounds better than 2:15 and $208. More

Everything was done in about 2 hours and very reasonable on price as could have been a lot worse if a main wiring harness was needed and very expensive.
