It was lunch time and I took the shuttle to a restaura Yesterday, November 27th, I had a good experience but in the past for service I had a bad one . It was lunch time and I took the shuttle to a restaurant next to the dealership, while I was waiting to finish the service. I finished my lunch; the restaurant closed; I called so many times the shuttle to pick me up and that shuttle never showed up. It was cold and I had to call Uber. It was a really bad experience that I don’t want anyone to go through it. I never will ask for a ride, I prefer to take Uber. Very bad!!! More

I never feel like I’ve been sold something I didn’t need. . And today, when I had a problem with a tire and my battery and needed to get on the road within a few hours, she managed the whole appointment from beginning to end and and I was on the road faster than I thought would be possible. Rose is terrific! She’s easy to work with, has a great demeanor for customer service, and is a great ambassador for Bernardi Toyota. She’s my go-to person. More

Very disappointed and not happy I trade in my old car and bought used Toyota Camry 2018 they said in contract that they will give me 215$ for my old car and I received a check for 56 I trade in my old car and bought used Toyota Camry 2018 they said in contract that they will give me 215$ for my old car and I received a check for 56$ without any explanation why they deduct the money and did not give me 215$ according to the contract. I singed the cancellation form for the insurance but I did not receive anything from them and when I called and left a voicemail to Chris nobody get back to me, did not send me the registration for new car my husband went to the dealership and ask for it and they have it in the office but forget to mail to us ((((( More
