I’ve been taking my Jeep to bettenhausen for a long time, this last appointment was the best one yet. I will be making appointments with Dean only going forward. He was absolutely fantastic and incredibly thorough with my wrangler and it’s not only running perfectly but driving like new. He trusted what I told him, which is a rarity it seems, and looked out for it and everything I asked him to look at he had repaired. A steering issue, too much play at highway speed, replaced steering dampener/sway bar, a check engine light, vacuum pump and O2 sensor replaced, and a radio issue, radio ordered. Extremely happy as I left the lot and felt the drive of my Jeep. It’s a 2016 with only 34k miles and I bought it brand new so I take care of it and like to keep it that way. More
