This was my second car purchase this year from Bettenhausen. Mike Kass was my sales associate on both occasions. I like the no haggle honest approach to selling cars. I never leave the dealership thinking I was ripped off. No pressure to buy a ton of add ons like warranties, paint protection etc. They offer them but if you say no they move right on. On both occasions I was in and out in less than 3 hours. I really like the fact that you only deal with one person the entire sale. There is no manager to ask for approval, no finance dept to try and sell you something else. I highly recommend. More

Quick easy process. Was able to communicate out the door price quickly. When I got to dealership, quick overview of the vehicle, test drive, review of trade in(all in 15 minutes) paperwork took about 15 min price quickly.
