I ran into this dealer on google browsing for a car I had my eyes on after a really bad accident I was in. I could only have my loaner for 10 days so I immediately was looking for a nice used car that was reasonably priced and Casey contacted me right away. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all, he wanted to accomedate me with something that was everything I was looking for but also within my budget he picked me out a great car with all the bells and whistles not only did it look nice but actually drove nice and was super affordable. I was scared, depressed, upset, and confused walking into looking for a car because of my accident but he handled me as if I were a family member and helped out. I ran into a huge problem because my loan wasn't closed out from the accident and I was already belly up from buying a brand new car from a dealer that didn't give me GAP coverage. He gave me suggestions and really spent his time on helping me he told me these exact words"Stephanie we are going to get you out of that expensive rental and into a car you will like, rental cars are expensive and you don't need to be paying all that money for something that isn't yours let me get down to the finance and I will get back to you" and that he did got me into a car that was newer and with less miles than my previous car I got into an accident with and my car note is more than $100 less and guess what?....he told me I'm going to make sure you have GAP insurance and an additional warranty so that if anything happens you are covered. I couldn't have went to a better place or have had a better sales agent then Bettenhausen and Casey Dugan he got me into a car that I not only liked but loved he had it waiting for me to test drive when I got to the dealership let me just remind you I returned back to work the day right after the accident he kept in contact with me and helped me without not even meeting me yet and treating me like family. When I got the call from him stating he had great news for me I began to cry not only because this accident had put me in a horrible financial position but he really made me feel super important and very special. I can't believe how awesome he was he explained everything in super detail and once again assured me GAP was there along with another warranty to cover these new cars that are computer controlled and that really made me happy because being that I am purchasing used it gave me that extra security I feel I needed and all still keeping this at a great price. I will recommend any one who is looking for a car to come here because they genuinely care about you not just another dollar sign thank you Casey you are the best and I'm so glad I was connected with you to help get me through this horrible event in my life and turn it into a blessing you're an amazing person! Mike Kass didn't just rush me into a Caravan, but rather took the time to help me make sure that it was the right vehicle and I ended up with a Pacifica. Now, I know it is still a minivan, but it looks way cooler than the Caravan and is more fun to drive. I really can't say enough about my Mike Kass.
