Upgraded my vehicle I recently made an appointment at Bettenhausen and was introduced to Jerome, I informed him I wanted to trade in my 2015 Grand Cherokee for a 2017. He I recently made an appointment at Bettenhausen and was introduced to Jerome, I informed him I wanted to trade in my 2015 Grand Cherokee for a 2017. He was very responsive, we took a walk on the lot and saw the vehicle of my choice. Now here is where Jerome really showed his stuff. We sat down, reviewed the vehicle, and he took over the controls , so to speak. Excellent with communicating all aspects of the purchase, gave me the keys to take it for a ride and I was sold. I was waiting on the typical, let me bring in "someone else to talk to you"!, Never happened , Jerome took care of the entire transaction from start to finish. This was the first experience of that type since buying new vehicles. I would highly recommend Bettenhausen dealership, and be sure to ask for Jerome. Great job and loving my new Grand Cherokee. More
