Me and my wife's excellent adventure!!!! I came into Bettenhausen looking for a vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee to be exact) for my wife. On our initial visit (Saturday, Aug. 27) we met with Jamie a I came into Bettenhausen looking for a vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee to be exact) for my wife. On our initial visit (Saturday, Aug. 27) we met with Jamie and showed her a Jeep that my wife was very interested in. We test drove the vehicle, came back and crunch some numbers. Jamie gave us an estimate of what the monthly payments would look like. My wife didn't feel comfortable with the amount so Jamie was nice enough to show us a different vehicle with many of the bells and whistles that my wife wanted. After looking at it, and ultimately test driving it, we decided to sleep on it and come back Monday. On Monday, August 29 we met with Jamie again and my wife will still undecided between the two vehicles, the Jeep Cherokee Limited and the Jeep Cherokee Latitude. She was leaning towards the Latitude but REALLY wanted the Limited as it had a few more off the things she wanted in a truck. While we compared the two, Jamie was very patient and answered ALL the questions my wife and I had regarding the vehicles themselves and payments. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and did not rush us on making a decision. My wife finally decided that the Limited would be worth the extra money as she was getting what she wanted, and so that is the Jeep that we went with. I would definitely refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to Jamie and/or Bettenhausen. The customer service was superb and Jamie want above and beyond. We are definitely satisfied customers.
