They wanted my time, stay away Stay away from this dealership if your looking for competent people, they did nothing but waste my time. They advertised a truck for sale on their web Stay away from this dealership if your looking for competent people, they did nothing but waste my time. They advertised a truck for sale on their website, then told me it was not for sale then did the bait and switch thing, after I called them out on it they said sorry it was a mistake and the truck I wanted was for sale. They then told me to bring in my trade for evaluation, I live in Inverness (a very long drive) but I really wanted the truck, so I drove all the way to the dealership (Saturday 12:00) that afternoon I inquired about the value of the trade and final price for the truck. They said they would have it later that day or Monday at the latest. It is now Wednesday 8 days from when I first contacted them and all I get is sorry for the delay will get back to you shortly. My first contact was with Alec Bettenhausen, he sent me to PJ this kid is either a rookie or the worst salesmen ever, and as for Alec he was made aware PJ dropped the ball but never followed up, you would think with that last name he would have cared more. I'm sure the elders with that name would have. Very disappointed consumer, I even gave them a chance to respond before I posted this...and nothing. NEVER going back!!!!! More
