I came into the dealership looking for a work cargo van replacement. I wasn't really sure what I wanted or needed. After Charles spent 3 and a half hours working with me to find the perfect vehicle fit, replacement. I wasn't really sure what I wanted or needed. As a result of Charles' patience and professionalism, I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle that I am very happy and satisfied with.
