Great experience. Best ever. While we we're waiting for the paperwork for my wifes new car we started looking in the lot at the cars just to see what they had. Mike had the appraiser look at the car and give me a trade-in value and we worked out a deal that worked for both of us and I drove away with a second car the same day. I have found the sales team to be very friendly and they have taken the dread out of shopping for a different car. I particularly like their "One Price" policy, which eliminates my need to try to haggle for a better price. When I first met Mike Stamp he asked me several questions to help me know better what kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. Within a few minutes minutes, he developed a very customer-friendly rapport with me and showed me what would not only fit my wallet but would also fit my taste. While he patiently answered all my questions it became apparent to me he was not just trying to sell me a car but was trying to help me find what I was wanting. I strongly recommend Bettenhausen to others who are interested in used automobiles and also new Chrysler-Dodge products. I have also been very pleased with the honesty, integrity, and dependability of the service department. They say what they mean in terms I can understand what they say, and then they fulfill their promises... usually at a very competitive cost to me. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted warmly and Bill got right to work for us. A few minutes later we were signing papers and walking out the door. The thing that impressed me the most was the transparency of the whole deal. This would not have been the first or only time I got to signing and the numbers were different than talked about or promised but not this time. Everything was exactly as promised.
