They did really low-ball our trade in, but when we said we would go to CarMax to take them up on their offer, the trade in offer suddenly rose to what we expected. I don't know why you have to do the dance for that kind of thing with car dealers. Maybe in general, they are hoping that people don't know the value of their trade ins. Otherwise, I would buy another car through this dealer and would definitely recommend them to someone else, in particular Bill Smith and Barbara Lloyd. More

I had been searching the internet for a used mustang for several months. I was being kind of picky with what I wanted so was needing to look in a wide radius from Kansas City. I found the mustang with the features I was wanting at Bettenhausen. From my first interaction with them to the last was a pleasant experinece. Not common when shopping for a car. I flew in and they picked me up at the airport, the car was as advertised and at a fair price. Mike Stamp was a wonderful host, made arrangement from the airport to their lot. It was nice to know what the price was before I arrived, that it was fair and that allowed me to enjoy the buying experience. They even made sure I got a free burger they were cooking at a function that weekend. I would recommend Bettenhausen to anyone out of town, even if you have to fly in. More
