They did really low-ball our trade in, but when we said we would go to CarMax to take them up on their offer, the trade in offer suddenly rose to what we expected. I don't know why you have to do the dance for that kind of thing with car dealers. Maybe in general, they are hoping that people don't know the value of their trade ins. Otherwise, I would buy another car through this dealer and would definitely recommend them to someone else, in particular Bill Smith and Barbara Lloyd. More

I also would like to add that this was the first time at the Orland Park location and I was very inpressed by everything at this location. I had been searching the internet for a used mustang for several months. I was being kind of picky with what I wanted so was needing to look in a wide radius from Kansas City. I flew in and they picked me up at the airport, the car was as advertised and at a fair price. Mike Stamp was a wonderful host, made arrangement from the airport to their lot. It was nice to know what the price was before I arrived, that it was fair and that allowed me to enjoy the buying experience.
