I went to Bettenhausen to trade in my van and to look for a used vehicle. Mike Stamp was very helpful. This is my 3rd (and last) new car. My last car I bought new in 1993. Bill Smith was great. No surprises except I was looking for a used car, and he was able to get me a new one with a great apr, and kept m new in 1993. Bill Smith was great. I had been considering looking for a new family car for some time and stopped at Bettenhausen on a rainy Wednesday evening in April on an whim to check out the new Durango and Charger. Besides the "one price" approach, which I appreciated very much, my salesman, Scott Abramowicz, was outstanding. He asked what my automotive needs were, answered my questions and pulled up vehicles for a test drive. I told him I wasn't going to be ready to make a move until June, but I was never pressured to get a deal done immediately. When I returned several weeks later (after a lot of thought, I decided to go with the Charger), I stopped in and asked to see Scott. He remembered my name right away as well as the vehicles I had driven. I told him what options, etc. I was looking for, and he found vehicles that were close. He didn't try to upsell anything or get me to buy anything other than what I had expressed interest in. Most importantly, he came back with fair and reasonable offers for my trade-ins (not necessarily top-dollar, but certainly not lowball, either), which allowed me to feel confident that I was making a decent deal. During the price discussion, he clearly and separately showed what I would be paying for the car he was selling, then what he would be paying for my trades, and how he arrived at the bottom line (as opposed to coming back with a payment amount with no disussion of interest rate, trade in value, etc. like most of the other dealers have done when I have purchased new vehicles in the past). He also printed the pricing breakdown and allowed me to take it home to consider without being rushed. As a result, I feel like I got a very good deal, and I don't wonder whether I left a significant amount of money on the table, either in terms of the cost of the new vehicle or what I received for my trade-ins. I would recommend this dealer as well as Scott very highly (it also doesn't hurt that Dodge is making some very good products right now). More

My buying experience included absolutely no pressure, no sales games and a pricing format that removed the typical negotiation that has always left me feeling uncomfortable while maintaining a price point that was competitive. I had some additional items added to my automobile so I found myself dealing with the service department, which can be a difficult experience. My sales person, Dave Carroll, was with me every step of the way. From the service writers to the quality of work, my experience at Bettenhausen was once again an excellent one. Nick was able to locate a trade-in from the weekend at their Tinley location that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, both in age/mileage and price! Everything Bettenhausen sells is extremely clean and backed with a 3-month warranty. Before we left, Nick even filled up the gas tank for us. I never knew that buying a car could be such a great experience! More
Was aware of Bettenhausen's "no-dicker" sticker pricing and was leary about the cost being good. After a lot of research, found the car I was looking for and they had it at the best price for the m pricing and was leary about the cost being good. After a lot of research, found the car I was looking for and they had it at the best price for the miles on the car out of all the cars in an approx. 100 mile radius that I looked at via the internet. The used cars in their inventory are in good shape and undergo a comprehensive inspection. i was impressed that the dealership put new tires and brake pads on the car before putting it out on the lot for sale. Jacque Baron provided all information to me quickly and clearly, I never felt like I was being manipulated by him or the dealership, no "games". Very easy transaction, had several repairs to take care of after the purchase, detailing matters that we agreed to fix (minor scratches/ small dings). These were done, no charge or problems. Would highly recommmend this dealership. More

I originally visited Bettenhausen Dodge because they are located only 2 blocks or so from my church. When I was ready to talk to someone I met one of the Bettenhausen team, Sales Manager Tom Brennan. Not only was Tom a delight to speak with, he wentout of his way to answer my questions, show me what I asked about, make suggestions, and helped me know what my options were. He selflessly went out of his way to make sure I understood the differences in the cars I was considering, what my financing considerations were, and how each compared against one another. In short, when I made my decision, I felt like I was working with an individual looking out for my best interests. Not only was I sold a car, I was sold on Bettenhausen and the way their team is prepared to help their customers. There were no hassles whatsoever. It wa a positive experience in every way. I will recommend Bettenhausen Dodge to everyone and anyone as an organization that treats you special, like family. More
