Charlie helped us decide on a car ( and lease program) that we were comfortable with. He showed us several options without pressure. We noticed this type of atmosphere repeated with other customers and between the employees at the dealers. We shopped at other dealerships and felt categorized in several ways as soon as we walk in the lot and showroom (pressure to make a deal the same day and asking us to sign papers that would lock us into sale).
